Christmas (2012)

We had an amazing magical Christmas! I stayed up till 5 am making sure everything was perfect. I must admit it was a wonderful Christmas. My parents came for a few days before so they could spend some time with us. We spend Christmas eve with John and Amanda's family and one of the highlights of the holiday season was when we took gifts to the kids at the hospital. Kayelee mentioned she would like to take gifts to the kids who had to be in the hospital on Christmas so I called up the hospital and asked how we could do that they gave me instructions. Each of our kids picked out a present and we dropped it off at the hospital. It was a neat experience one they won't forget. I am thankful for Kayelee's compassion because of her time spent in the hospital. Hard things teach us so much!
