I caught Joe reading the scriptures one sunday. The kids were listening so well (doesn't always happen like that) I had to take a picture of that sweet moment. What an awesome Daddy!!

One day Joe just brought me these flowers just to say I love you. Isn't he the best?:) I love my man.
Sweet Sister
Kambree just loves Brittlee she holds her a lot and is so helpful with her I just think it is so sweet. She asks to hold her often and it really good with her. It is so nice to have a great little helper around the house. Who needs a swing, or a bouncer, when you have Kambree. She is going to be such a great little mama herself.
Sorry about all her funny faces she has a hard time just doing a normal smile for the camera I will have to say I blame that one on Pam thanks for passing that on to Kam's :) Actually I think it's cute and it does remind me of you Pam so she can just keep on doing it.

Ok I realize we look like we beat our kids. No only parks and mosquitos do. Yes Kambree fell at the park and hit a bar and gashed her eye, she is so tough she did not even shed a tear over it, she walked over to me with blood coming out above her eye with a frown on her face we took her home and butterflyed it up. That night Joe set up a tent in the back yard and slept out there with the kids, Kayelee got bit by a Mosquito and ended up looking like that (see photo) we took them to church and we got tons of questions as to what happened it really looked like they ran into each other and banged heads. There is a Hawaiian guy in our ward and he told me we Samoans beat our kids on the bums so nobody knows. I told him I beat them there too:)

I have had a lot of questions about the couponing and when I get some time I will do a post on it, it's really not that hard and so worth it. My coupons have become like cash, it's a lot of fun too when you are getting stuff for free and cheap.

I am POTTY TRAINED!
Yeah!!! She did it so fast and was so easy I do not much enjoy potty training but this was a breeze. She has been an easy one since the day she was born lets hope it stays that way through the teenage years (yeah right your all saying) I know, I know but here's hoping. We're just happy no more diapers for Kapri.

Favorites...
I wrote this a couple of weeks ago just a little late posting it:)
Well this sweet little lady is 6 weeks old I can't believe it she is growing so big. We love her to pieces she is such a sweetheart and we can't get enough of her.
My favorite things the past 6 weeks.
Her birth was amazing and wonderful. I have 6 favorite days of the year the birthdays of all my kids and my anniversary when I married my best friend those really are my favorite memories. Each one of my children are so special and I will never forget the day I brought them into this world.
I loved bringing her home from the hospital the kids were all so excited.
The spirit in our home with a new sweet baby is un-matchable, I just love it, Heaven is close.
She is so sweet, she rarely cries, she is a really happy and content baby which is nice since she is the 5th:)
I just love how my other kids interact with her:
Kyle can't stand to have her cry he is always picking her up if she is crying and he is really good with her.
Kambree LOVES holding her she will sit and hold her for a long time and she is really helpful with her, it is so nice to have her love to sit and hold her when I need to get something done.
Kayelee loves holding her as well and her and Kambree love it when I put a new outfit on her they will look at her and just squeal at how cute she looks, I love it, girls appreciate those things:) Kayelee loves putting the curl on the top of her head after a bath.
Kapri is so so sweet with her and loves her so much she hasn't been jealous at all. She will even sit and put her little hands together and say "mommy can I hold her" I love it it is so cute.
The girls especially love to help with bath, holding, diaper changes etc. it is fun.
I just love sitting and holding her I wish sometimes time could stand still and I would have nothing to do or get done except sit and hold my sweet baby. I have enjoyed just rocking her and loving on her.
I love kissing her chubby checks.
I love cuddling with her and waking up to a sweet soft sleeping baby in my bed.
She sleeps with me every night and she is very content with that and so am I.
I love it when Joe holds her she is just a tiny thing in those big daddy arms. He is such a good daddy!
I have learned to let a lot of things go and that is nice some things just aren't that important (I can even be a lot better at this I am working on it)

My best deal yet!!!
Ok I have to admit I'm a little proud here:) This is by far my best deal yet... Guess what you think I bought this for???
1 whopping dollar can you believe it?? And this picture doesn't even do justice cause you can't even see everything that is there. Anyway yes I paid a dollar and then tax on all the items and that is it. I was so excited.
This couponing is really paying off my pantry is growing at a rapid pace for a low price, I love it.
I wish I would have taken a picture last week of my deals but I got some great ones then too.
I was able to get 5lbs of cheese for $3 I got 6 California Pizza Kitchen and 6 Digornio flat bread melts for like $3 I got Crystal light, and Tons of Country time lemonade, 36 rolls of toilet paper, orange juice, granola bars, Bagelfuls, jello pudding boxes, marshmallow's etc. all for really cheap I didn't add up all the totals but I think I spent around $30-$40 (I need to add up my totals cause it was some great deals) and I got all that stuff and it would have been well over $100 I was so excited.
Oh one more thing have you ever tried V-8 Splash, it is so good it is a 100% juice with veggies and fruit, every kind we have tried we have liked well it is usually priced at $3-4 per jug and I bought probably 15 and I got a few of them free(just had to pay tax) and then a bunch at 5o cents and then some at .88 cents it was a great deal and we love drinking it, plus it gives you a serving of fruit and veggies in each serving size. I know, know it is not as healthy as eating the real fruit or the veggie but if you are going to be drinking juice it is a great choice.
Needless to say I love Albertson's and I am loving my deals!!

Something to think about...
Sure helps remind you to appreciate the little things even when they aren't planned or put in as part of your day, because really they never are, you'll see what I mean when you read the story.
A Violinist in the Metro
A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousand of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried up to meet his schedule. A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk. A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work. The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on. In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition. No one knew this but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars. Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats average $100. This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of an social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context? One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be: If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

Going private
Ok so Joe has wanted me to go private since I set up the blog, I have hesitated because I like old friends to be able to find me through the blog world but I don't like the fact that strangers can look in on us and see what we are up to. With 4 little girls I do think it is a wise idea to not let everyone see our life, so we have decided to go private.

On monday it will be 6 weeks since I delivered Brittlee I am sad she is growing up so fast but I must admit I am so excited to hit the trails. I can' t wait to RUN so so exciting I stopped running in early December of last year so I am so excited to be out there running again. I have my Garmin Forerunner 305 charged and ready (its a GPS watch made for running it is awesome tracks all your miles and how fast you are going and heart rate if you want etc.) My work out clothes are washed and ready to go and my shoes have just been waiting, calling my name:)

Arms in the air
So I laid Brittlee down really quickly on my bed so I could run do something for Joe and when I came back this is what I found. Newborns usually liked to be swaddled and tucked in really tight and she does love that but I just thought it was so funny when I came in and she had no blanket on and was totally sprawled out asleep on my bed, she was loving all the freedom. I just thought it was so funny to see a newborn like that.
Sorry for the uncovered belly I didn't want to wake her before I took the picture so you get bare belly and all:) She looks so big she is growin up:(

Doing Laundry???
So I got the kids busy helping me sort the clean laundry and then went up stairs to do some stuff and when I came back down this is what I found (see pictures below)... I had just fixed the girls hair and I said "you girls are going to mess up your hair." Kyle said to me but we're having fun." Then it made me think these kids are only little once they need to just live it up and boy did they, they had a blast dancing around and having a good time doing laundry none the less. I just sat and fed Brittlee and laughed and took a bunch of pictures. I never knew doing laundry could be so much fun:) My kids do a good job helping me appreciate the little things.
Just so you know that is like 5 pairs of girls underwear on kyle's head (he's gonna love that some day:) It's hard to see in the small pictures but look at his expression in all the pictures, he cracks me up.

Dandelions
I never knew dandelions could be so beautiful. My kids love picking them for me and it sure makes them pretty when they bring me a handful.
Where have we been?
Here is a run down of what we've been up to...
My parents were able to come visit from their mission and see Brittlee only for a couple days but we will take what we can get. It was so wonderful to see them. I let the kids stay home from school and just spend time with Grandma and Grandpa, we went to the Dollar store, and my Dad bought the girls dresses, they took us to McDonalds for lunch, Pizza for dinner, we were royaly spoiled it was so much fun.
My Great Step Grandma died and so I went to Washington with my parents and Brittlee for the funeral.
We saw my sister and brother in Washington and their families and it was so fun. My sister-in-law just had her 9th baby a week before I had Brittlee so it was so fun to get the two girls together.
Grandma Carol and Amanda came to visit and to see Brittlee and we had so much fun! We were spoiled!! Grandma brought all the kids a little present and Brittlee some very cute outfits, Grandma even weeded my garden it was so nice of her. The kids just love Amanda and Grandma so much we had a great time.
My sister made my girls all matching pioneer outfits for the trek/family reunion we are going on in July. I bought the material (real hard hugh) and she made those amazing outfits (so so cute) I love them they turned out so cute. My sister is an amazing seamstress. (see the pictures below)
The kids finshed up school... They had field day (we went and took pictures), Kyle had a science day and I went and helped out it was so fun to be with Kyle at school (I didn't take the camera that day), Kambree graduated from kindergarten she is a big 1st grader now! it was a busy week last week.
The kids are now home for the summer YEAH!!!
We have just been loving this Brittlee lizzie lou she is so so sweet the kids adore her as do Joe and I.
