Healthy Tip

So I bought this yougart to make my own and I tried and didn't do so well so this plain yougart sat in my fridge for a while. I had heard you could substitute plain yougart for sour cream in recipes so I thought I'd give it a try to see if it would work and it did. I used it in chicken enchaladas and in a creamy chicken and asparagus recipe and it was great in both. It is non-fat, so very healthy and yougart none-the-less so I just thought that was a good way to cut some calories without sacrificing taste. Try it for yourself and see what you think??

I need to get your asparagus recipe! Sounds tasty! If you ever want help making yogurt let me know! It's one of those things that takes a few tries before it turns out!
