Modbe Move

This is only picture you will ever see of me modeling!! So there it is thats it:) Not the greatest picture but the only one you'll get!!

I went to the modbe event and had a great time. Modbe has come out with a whole new line of exercise clothing and yep the outfit I am wearing is one of them. Exercise in that you say, yeah it the wrap is called a bamboo wrap with bamboo material in it made to absorb moisture and wick away the moisture from your body while you exercise. The capri pants are made to give you all the flexibility you need while working out, and you can leave the house after a work out or wear it to the gym because it is so cute. They also came out with a new Pilates DVD to encourage women to get moving. I think this is wonderful. Nothing to give you better strenghth as a women than to get moving. This past year and a half I have been running very regularly and I will say that moving has made me a better person over all and I love it so anything to get women moving is awesome! So I encourage all of you get moving in anyway you can even if it's just walking more than you did yesterday. You will notice a difference and you will love it!!
