Good Morning Birthday Girl!! (we had to wake her up)

Kambree turned 5 today, I can not believe how the time has flown and just 5 short years ago she joined our family. What a Huge blessing she has been, we just love that girl. She is one of a kind. Life is not easy for her, think of every day struggling to get your clothes on cause you only have one hand and one leg that work right, think of using the bathroom with only one hand to pull up your panties when you are done. Riding your bike and just keeping up with the other kids (which she does very well at), falling a lot because balance is hard, having bruises and scraps all the time beause of all the falls, eating a cup of yoguart or peaches when there isn't a table around so you have to use both hands, Therapy, and extra time an attention spent on things that other kids and adults never stop to think twice about, really truly think about it, when I do it breaks my heart, and yet.... I have never heard her once not ever complain about her situation, she has more reason to complain about life and it being rough, on a regular basis, with regular everyday tasks and she NEVER complains. She is nothing but happy and her happy disposition radiates to everyone. She just does such a good job of keepin up with everyone. She truly is an example to me, She has taught me more in her short five years than I have learned in all my 27 years about life and how wonderful it is.

Today...

Princess for a day!

-She got up to fun things hanging from her door

-Presents one of which was a life size baby doll which she picked out and loves dearly, she named it Shalae, don't aske me where she got that name, never heard of it but that is her name

-lunch at the park

-call from Grandma and Grandpa Freeman

-swimming

-slushies

-Call from Grandma Carol

-cake and ice cream with friends and family

-presents from friends and neighbors

-staying up late with Mom and Dad
