Grandpa's boots

When my dad was here (see post below) Kyle put on his boots. I have to say my dad has worn boots all my life and for some reason they represent something constant and hard working for me. I saw them as he was here this last time and just had to take a picture. It's interesting you can tell a lot about a person by their shoes. My dad is truly the hardest working person I know (aside from my hubby) and I love his amazing example of what hard work really is about. He has never ceased to work hard even as he grows older and now just serves the Lord and he continues to work so hard and his boots have not left him. I love that.
